About the role
- Act as a Project Analyst / PMO focusing on planning, control and governance of technology projects, supporting the structuring and consolidation of the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Support project managers and technical leads in organizing initiatives, monitoring schedules, identifying risks and impacts, and standardizing processes and management artifacts
- Main activities: prepare, monitor and update project schedules using planning tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Identify risks, dependencies and schedule impacts, proposing mitigation plans
- Support the gathering of project scope, assumptions, constraints and milestones
- Monitor the progress of deliverables, deadlines and deviations, ensuring visibility for stakeholders
- Produce and maintain management artifacts (schedules, status reports, action plans, risk maps)
- Support the structuring of the Project Management Office (PMO), contributing to the definition and standardization of processes, templates and best practices
- Act as an interface between technical teams, management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication
- Support impact analyses of change requests on timelines, scope and planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Analyst, PMO or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project planning and control
- Experience preparing and maintaining detailed project schedules
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies and impacts on schedules
- Experience with MS Project or equivalent project management tools
- Experience preparing executive and operational status reports
- Good organizational skills, communication and systemic thinking
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (conceptual level)
