About the role
- Support management of the editorial pipeline, organizing schedules, deadlines and publications.
- Coordinate and monitor deliverables with suppliers and external partners (designers, print shops, freelancers).
- Support internal communications (employee engagement) initiatives and company campaigns.
- Provide operational support for event organization (vendor coordination, invitations, print materials and giveaways).
- Assist in executing joint campaigns with partners, tracking deliverables and timelines.
- Prepare basic weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Review, adjust and publish presentations for ECCOX teams, including sales, pre-sales and technical teams (layout, visual clarity and messaging).
- Support administrative and operational marketing tasks.
- Availability for occasional domestic and international travel, when necessary.
Requirements
- Advanced English
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing roles
- Practical knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Canva
- Basic understanding of branding and corporate communication
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and marketing metrics
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and creativity
- Intermediate Spanish
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Basic video editing skills
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Experience working in technology companies
