About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and Organize the accountants’ work plan in coordination with management.
Follow up on accountants’ work on a daily basis.
Monitor the daily performance of accountants.
Coordinate between Organization administrations and accountants.
Achieve the objectives of the department.
Prepare periodic reports.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Implementing and maintaining robust financial control systems and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting or Business Administration.
Certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are Preferred.
Proven Minimum 10 years of experience in financial control or a related field, demonstrating ability to supervise and lead a team.
Ability to solve problems and manage a team.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to interpret and analyze financial data accurately.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
