About the role
- Develop and Organize the accountants’ work plan in coordination with management.
- Follow up on accountants’ work on a daily basis.
- Monitor the daily performance of accountants.
- Coordinate between Organization administrations and accountants.
- Achieve the objectives of the department.
- Prepare periodic reports.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Implementing and maintaining robust financial control systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting or Business Administration.
- Certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are Preferred.
- Proven Minimum 10 years of experience in financial control or a related field, demonstrating ability to supervise and lead a team.
- Ability to solve problems and manage a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to interpret and analyze financial data accurately.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
