About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Respond to high-volume inbound/outbound calls and emails
- Use call center software and CRM systems to document interactions
- Maintain accurate call logs and case notes
- De-escalate situations with irate customers
- Engage with customers to build relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a call center role
- Excellent phone handling skills
- Strong listening abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Strong customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fluency in Arabic is Mandatory.
