About the role
- Monitor and optimize chemical processes in production to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular testing and analysis of products and raw materials.
- Implement and maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to improve processes.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and compliance records.
- Assist in troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Support the training and development of technical staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in chemical engineering, preferably in food, agriculture, or manufacturing.
- Mid to Senior-level experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of process engineering, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle administrative and technical tasks.
