About the role
- Oversee food manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and optimize food formulations, production methods, and technology processes.
- Conduct nutritional analysis and ensure products meet regulatory and market requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers, production, and quality teams to maintain high standards.
- Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide technical support for product innovation, testing, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, food technology, or nutrition engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of food production, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in production optimization and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle administrative and technical tasks.
