About the role
- Engage with potential and existing clients over the phone, promoting our services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell our services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements
- Professional experience 1-2 Years in telesales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
- High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
