Own the end-to-end delivery of software initiatives, ensuring clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
Build and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and release roadmaps
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and milestones to support predictable and transparent delivery.
Track and communicate project status, risks, and delivery confidence to stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Act as a servant leader, fostering trust, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove team impediments and support teams through delivery challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Agile project management, leading software development projects
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and Agile methodologies
Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
PMP or Agile-related certification preferred (PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
