About the role

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of project controls, including cost management, performance management (earned value), support of change management, internal changes, reporting, and risk analysis
  • Provide leadership with real-time financial status updates using tools such as Procore, Power BI, Vista Reporting, and Excel
  • Deliver real-time financial status updates to leadership using tools such as Procore, Power BI, Vista Reporting, and Excel
  • Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts, while closely monitoring expenditures to ensure alignment with financial targets
  • Support schedule management work with project scheduler to align/report on scheduling metrics
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts
  • Provide leadership and foster collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Operations Management, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in project controls, project management, FP&A, or similar role including experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and cost analysis
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Procore experience a plus
