Design and produce high-quality marketing materials.
Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all platforms and materials.
Edit and improve existing designs when needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with strategic goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay up to date with industry trends and design best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience 2+ years, as a graphic designer, preferably within fintech, financial services, or a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools (e.g. Figma or Canva).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print.
Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and accept feedback constructively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
