About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inputting bookings into EC’s central booking system and making any subsequent amendments.
  • Sending confirmation documents to agents.
  • Preparing visa letters and letters of acceptance as required by visa applications.
  • Generating Reports for Admissions on a weekly and daily basis.
  • Training and working closely with Interns.
  • Updating systems database to ensure they reflect correct products, pricing, and agent commissions.
  • Following up on students’ arrival details and necessary waiver forms.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-secondary level of education
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Reservation systems / CRM experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Customer service experience
  • Tech Savvy
  • Ability to read financial documents (eg. invoices, commission)
