About the role

  • Translate enterprise priorities into an AI execution roadmap focused on revenue expansion and operational efficiency
  • Architect cutting-edge automation and intelligent workflows that dramatically optimize operational efficiency and elevates service quality to industry-leading standards.
  • Support the redesign of processes, decision rights, talent models, and governance structures to embed AI into core business operations
  • Establish enterprise standards for AI readiness, AI/MLOps, governance, and responsible AI practices
  • Present KPIs, program progress, risks, and investment outcomes to the Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of proven leadership in enterprise technology, digital transformation, or strategic operating model initiatives, demonstrating measurable multimillion-dollar financial outcomes
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI, data, and digital transformations within sophisticated, cloud-enabled enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success driving both revenue growth and cost efficiency through technology-enabled change
  • Experience presenting enterprise KPIs, investment cases, and program results to executive leadership
