About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze sales, marketing, customer, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks
  • Develop account targeting strategies, customer profiles, and sales playbooks to support revenue growth initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver data-driven reporting solutions
  • Evaluate sales processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve pipeline efficiency
  • Analyze customer, product, competitive, and market dynamics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Utilize CRM data to support sales strategy, forecasting, customer segmentation, and opportunity management
  • Recommend improvements to customer data collection, data quality, and reporting processes
  • Research and evaluate external data sources to support market analysis, prospect identification, and business development initiatives
  • Support sales enablement, marketing programs, and customer feedback analysis through data-driven insights
  • Participate in data governance efforts to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field required; MBA or master's degree a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, forecasting, reporting, or CRM analysis
  • Experience supporting sales teams and revenue-generating functions
  • Strong proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems
  • Foundational SQL skills required
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate and actionable insights
  • Power BI Data Analyst certification or equivalent strongly preferred
