Develop visual designs that effectively communicate product function and brand identity
Create web layouts, social ads, presentations, ebooks, etc.
Communicate clearly and effectively with assigned clients in order to influence project direction
Work on multiple projects at one time while managing time and expectations appropriately
Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews
Assist in determining the message the design should portray and help ensure branding consistency and quality
Develop relationships with assigned clients to maintain a tight brand presence across these organizations
Accurately implement EBQ’s processes
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor
Retain training and direction from management
Adhere to company policies and values
Work effectively in a collaborative work environment

Requirements

Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a similar field
Strong understanding of design principles
Proficiency with wireframing/UI/UX
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
Process-oriented
Proficiency in the following tool sets is desirable but not required: WordPress, WPBakery (or similar Page Builders)
