About the role

  • You are the point of contact and provide support to employees and managers on personnel-related issues
  • You independently carry out the monthly payroll and salary processing
  • You manage employee master data in our HR system
  • You are responsible for employment contracts from creation through archiving
  • You support managers during the onboarding of new employees
  • You correspond with social insurance providers, offices, authorities and other internal and external stakeholders
  • You are responsible for recording, coding and posting business transactions (e.g., incoming and outgoing invoices)
  • You manage bank account bookkeeping, payment transactions, and account and master data maintenance

Requirements

  • You have completed an administrative or business-related vocational training, e.g., as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann/-frau), or hold an equivalent qualification
  • You have already gained initial professional experience in human resources
  • You demonstrate a confident use of HR systems and a basic affinity for technology
  • You possess analytical thinking skills and very good German language skills, both written and spoken (min. C1 level)
  • You are characterized by a quick grasp and an independent, responsible working style
