About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and drive a plan with each new assignment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field
At least 5+ years of professional experience in due diligence consulting preferred; otherwise, relevant consulting expertise in related technical fields is required
Direct experience serving HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or other affordable housing scopes of work preferred but not required
Experience conducting property condition assessment reporting for office, retail, or hotel properties valued
Experience or familiarity obtaining environmental site data for ASTM E1527 Environmental Site Assessments preferred but not required
Technical background and aptitude to learn and contribute
Flexibility for scheduled and short-notice travel, approximately 40% of the time
Ability to travel predominantly on the East Coast, with possible nationwide travel
