About the role

  • Lead Commercial Real Estate Due Diligence Practice
  • Oversee delivery of Acquisition Property Condition Reports (APCRs) and related services
  • Drive operational performance and technical quality across national portfolio of projects
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery of high-quality reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate consulting
  • Strong understanding of ASTM E2018 PCA standards
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance (P&L), forecasting, and resource planning
