Key responsibilities & impact

You provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for our employees in the office, in the warehouse and remotely.
You carry out onboarding and offboarding, including procurement, device provisioning, access management and automation with Power Automate.
You manage user accounts, groups, policies, security roles and devices.
You administer, maintain and further develop our Microsoft 365 environment, particularly Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and Entra ID.
You monitor, maintain and configure our network infrastructure, including LAN, WLAN controller, switches and NAS.
You support the rollout and training of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate to make processes simpler, faster and more efficient.
You take part in IT projects and actively contribute to the digitization and improvement of internal processes.

What you’ll need

You have completed vocational training, a degree in IT or system administration, or an equivalent qualification.
You are outgoing, proactively engage with people and can explain technical topics in a clear and understandable way.
You have initial experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
You are comfortable working with Intune, Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online, or you have a strong interest in developing skills in these areas.
You have solid basics in networking, for example LAN, WLAN, VLAN, DHCP and DNS.
Experience with Sophos firewalls, especially the XGS series, SSL VPN, web filtering, routing and security policies is a plus.
You are interested in automation and AI in everyday IT tasks, for example using Power Automate, scripting or ChatGPT.
You enjoy supporting business units in making their work easier and better through digital solutions.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and take responsibility.
You demonstrate team spirit, a service mindset and the determination to solve problems rather than just manage symptoms.
