About the role
- The part-time Operations Associate is responsible for supporting overall store performance through efficient back of house execution.
- Receive inventory and ensure accuracy by following proper procedures and best practices
- Ensure inventory control and inspect the quality and condition of new merchandise
- Organize back stock
- Steam all client try-ons and returns
- Prep store to store transfers
- Prep FedEx labels for shipments and follow up to ensure packages were received
- Prep gift boxes
- Assist with cleaning of store
- Help standardize store visual merchandising to ensure space is presentable at all times
Requirements
- Retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift baskets / boxes up to 30 pounds
- Team player
- Flexible schedule – ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on call for when needed
- Ability to maintain courteous, professional communication with all customers and co-workers at all times
- Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, carry up to 30 lbs, move freely on a ladder, and have the ability to bend and reach as necessary
