About the role

  • Managing and developing existing clients in the Amazon and mail-order pharmacy segment
  • Project management across the entire retail media strategy: from briefing and implementation to reporting of key KPIs
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between internal specialist teams (Advertising, Content, Operations, Tech/BI) and our clients
  • Developing growth strategies including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Responsible for timelines, budgets and client communication
  • Participation in industry events, strategy meetings and internal knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in online marketing, e-commerce or OTC/FMCG
  • Structured project management skills with a sense for digital business models and performance marketing
  • Experience in brand management, online advertising or account handling
  • Analytical thinking, strong self-discipline and a pronounced sense of responsibility
  • Excellent German (native-level or C2) and good English skills
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence in client meetings
  • Good time management and a structured way of working
  • Proficiency with common office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
  • Nice to have: experience with Amazon Advertising, media buying or retail media for mail-order pharmacies
