About the role
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic Shipping related programs
- Lead and support a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) responsible for program execution
- Drive execution planning cycles, partnering with cross-functional leaders to scope, sequence, and resource initiatives
- Ensure comprehensive program oversight, leveraging analytical tools and data to monitor advancement
- Promote program management excellence, mentoring TPMs, standardizing best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical program management experience
- 4+ years managing TPMs or leading complex cross-functional portfolios
- Strong understanding of software development, platform infrastructure, and product lifecycle models
- Strong expertise in capacity planning, resource estimation, and strategic execution frameworks
- Experience with planning and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Airtable, Confluence)
