About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver excellent experiences for top sellers via phone and email, acting as a single point of contact.
Resolve seller challenges by researching issues, identifying solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Collaborate with peers to address complex issues, applying judgment when handling non-standard situations.
Coach sellers on marketplace policies to support the best possible outcomes.
Identify patterns in customer issues and recommend improvements to enhance the seller experience.
Maintain accurate records using internal systems while prioritising customer needs and acting as their advocate.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
Must be based in the Republic of Ireland.
Experience in customer service, sales support, or upselling.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different situations.
Clear and professional communication skills when working with customers and colleagues.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while collaborating with others.
A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to engage with a range of customer needs with willingness to travel to events in Ireland and internationally.
