About the role

  • Deliver excellent experiences for top sellers via phone and email, acting as a single point of contact.
  • Resolve seller challenges by researching issues, identifying solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with peers to address complex issues, applying judgment when handling non-standard situations.
  • Coach sellers on marketplace policies to support the best possible outcomes.
  • Identify patterns in customer issues and recommend improvements to enhance the seller experience.
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems while prioritising customer needs and acting as their advocate.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
  • Must be based in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or upselling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Clear and professional communication skills when working with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while collaborating with others.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to engage with a range of customer needs with willingness to travel to events in Ireland and internationally.
