About the role
- Perform end-to-end testing of our human to AI interactions and experiences
- Conduct tests in both English and Spanish
- Validate AI fitment clarification behavior
- Examine call transcripts and logs, generating clear and actionable defect reports
- Support catalog quality initiatives to resolve data content issues impacting fitment and lookup accuracy
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong automotive parts and fitment knowledge from supply chain or repair service experience
- Familiarity with automotive catalog concepts and/or Auto Care ACES/PIES
- Experience in structured Quality Assurance testing
- Strong communication skills and follow-through with product, engineering, and operations teams
