About the role
- Deliver an ambitious eBay Live GMV target for your assigned categories
- Act as the GM for your category on Live – build seller & event supply and coordinate cross functional teams
- Select and onboard new sellers to eBay Live and conduct BD activities
- Define criteria for selecting sellers using pattern recognition, analytics, and merchant intuition
- Shepherd sellers through onboarding, identify issues, and create processes/tools/workarounds
- Help sellers find success on eBay Live across assortment, host, production, formats, marketing
- Advocate for sellers with cross functional teams and seed programs to help sellers be successful
- Help scale eBay Live and build a team of category managers
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant ecommerce experience working directly with sellers and retailers
- Experience and interest in Live selling formats
- Proven track record leading multiple priorities simultaneously with minimum guidance
- Strong project management, organization, and partner engagement skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to meet in person with accounts (up to 15% of month)
