About the role
- Cultivate relationships with independent dealers and train them on streamlined processes
- Guide dealers through each stage of a car sale via Caramel—financing, documentation, DMV work
- Manage existing dealer base to encourage increased sales volume and ensure compliance with process requirements
- Partner with senior leadership to maximize territory goals and repeat business
- Demonstrate Caramel's products through expert online or on-site presentations
- Participate in strategic enhancements of Caramel's products and contribute to company success
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with a strong track record in sales and business growth
- Automotive Experience: Auto finance experience at a dealership, lender, or other setting is preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Exceptional ability to interact with and influence individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
- Outstanding management in handling multiple tasks, thriving in a high-pressure, home-office environment
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong academic performance
- Ability to obtain a state motor vehicle salesperson license if required
