About the role
- Lead the development, execution and continuous improvement of eBay’s compliance training strategy that promotes a culture of integrity, addresses emerging risk areas, and reflects best in class training practices.
- Identify and implement tools, technologies, and learning methods to enhance participant engagement and improve the impact of compliance education initiatives.
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive timely training completion, assess training effectiveness, and report key program metrics to senior leadership.
- Develop a process to use training metrics to identify ethics & compliance program enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of experience in ethics & compliance, human resources, corporate communications, or a related field
- Significant expertise in instructional design and modern training delivery (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led, blended learning).
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and analytics tools for monitoring, reporting, and improving training effectiveness.
- Proven ability to translate legal and business requirements into clear, engaging, and actionable content for diverse audiences.
- Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Collaborative, consultative approach with a passion for promoting a culture of ethics and integrity.
