Set Analytics strategy, design and manage analytics roadmaps for Regulatory domain
Define, design and track key metrics to measure product performance
Design and execute A/B tests, causal inference, predictive analytics
Develop dashboards and other self-service data visualization tools
Partner with cross functional teams (Engineering, Product, Business etc.) to identify, prioritize, and tackle business challenges

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or other quantitative fields
Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
5+ years of professional experience in using data to facilitate business decisions
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex issues
Excellent communication, able to summarize complex analytical results
Proven track record of using data to drive significant business impact
Experience in efficient manipulation and analysis of large data sets
Advanced understanding of big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, SQL, Python) and experimentation concepts
