About the role
- Create original visual and animated content including motion graphics, short animations, GIFs, and illustrated assets
- Translate communication briefs and ideas into compelling visual narratives
- Develop animations for videos, presentations, social media, and internal communications
- Collaborate with video producers, writers, and communications leads to ensure cohesive storytelling
- Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines across all assets
- Adapt and resize content for multiple platforms and formats
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in content creation, animation, or motion design
- Proficiency in animation and design tools (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar)
- Strong visual storytelling and design fundamentals
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and propose visual solutions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
