As part of our dealer channel's expansion, you will join an exciting growth period, playing a pivotal role in our nationwide dealer base expansion and product strategic enhancements.\n
The Dealer Account Executive will cultivate relationships with independent dealers, training them on streamlined processes that bypass traditional administrative tasks.\n
You'll work closely with our auto experts and leadership team to enhance dealerships' ability to transact safely and profitably across the U.S.\n
What you will accomplish: Develop and Cultivate New Business: Foster relationships with independent dealers nationwide, enhancing the scope of Caramel's dealer channel. Manage Sales and Training: Guide dealers through each stage of a car sale via Caramel—financing, documentation, DMV work—to enhance their sales efficiency and ensure a smooth transaction experience. Existing Dealer Base Management: Encourage increased sales volume and ensure compliance with process requirements, driving continuous growth. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to maximize territory goals and repeat business. Product Showcase: Demonstrate Caramel's products through expert online or on-site presentations, highlighting value and ease of use. Learning and Growth: Participate in strategic enhancements of Caramel's products, contributing to personal development and overall company success.\n
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: - Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
Requirements
Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience with a strong track record in sales and business growth.
Automotive Experience: Auto finance experience at a dealership, lender, or other setting is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software, ensuring effective customer engagement and documentation.
Communication and Relationship Skills: Exceptional ability to interact with and influence individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
Organizational Skills: Outstanding management in handling multiple tasks, thriving in a high-pressure, home-office environment.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as needed, enhancing dealer relationships and sales opportunities.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong academic performance, coupled with the ability to obtain a state motor vehicle salesperson license if required.
