About the role
- Guide eBay Live, enterprise, and strategic merchants through account establishment
- Solve merchant and partner concerns
- Successfully transition merchants from Onboarding to Account Management
- Identify areas for process optimization
- Collect and share feedback from merchants
- Document projects and interactions in Salesforce
- Report on KPIs weekly
Requirements
- Understanding of implementing a business into eBay and the eBay Live platform
- Understanding how marketplaces function
- Ability to learn and speak to eBay’s API
- Proactive approach
