About the role
- Lead annual and quarterly planning processes for Global Comms
- Partner with Comms LT to define and evolve the operating model
- Work closely with comms LT and functional partners for alignment
- Support the Director Global Comms in developing materials for eLT discussions
- Define KPIs and dashboards to track progress against strategic goals
- Help articulate the “why” behind strategies
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, communications, or business operations
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in consulting, comms strategy, or business planning
