About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide on-site field service support through the performance of installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of complex capital equipment and systems
Analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot EPME equipment problems
Perform installations, repairs, upgrades as well as preventive maintenance on equipment installed at customer sites
Maintain an assigned installation equipment base
Report out to both the onsite customer and local management weekly detailing system performance and ongoing activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher Certificate/Apprenticeship (NFQ level 6) in a technical field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HVM environment or an Ordinary Bachelor’s Degree (NFQ level 7) in a technical field with a minimum of 1 year experience
Extensive experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and software (PLC) systems
Must be able to demonstrate effectively and clearly the ability to deliver clear and concise information to both internal and external customers
Eligible to live and work in Ireland
