About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and continuously improve EBANX's Pricing Tool and supporting pricing infrastructure.
  • Develop analytical models, dashboards, and reports that support commercial and pricing decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing inputs and business data remain accurate and up to date.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies across Revenue Strategy.
  • Support the evolution of pricing capabilities, including the adoption of new technologies and AI-powered solutions.
  • Perform business analyses and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate initiatives across multiple stakeholders, ensuring projects move forward with visibility and alignment.
  • Prepare executive materials and presentations for leadership discussions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Strategy, Pricing, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or similar analytical roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and large datasets.
  • Strong SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application to business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build and improve scalable workflows.
  • Experience working with cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
