About the role

  • Oversee the entire client implementation process, from post-sale to completion
  • Gather client requirements and manage multiple accounts through onboarding
  • Provide technical training and support for HRIS and initial payroll processing
  • Set and manage client expectations using the implementation timeline
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to address implementation issues
  • Organize and complete all required implementation documentation
  • Communicate new client information to internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Ensure weekly deliverables are met according to established timelines
  • Handle and resolve client issues and requests, following up until resolved
  • Ensure complete client satisfaction throughout the implementation process
  • Support initial payroll processing, 401(k) and benefit setups

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in account management and/or client implementation
  • 3+ years' payroll processing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through on client requests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take initiative
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines despite frequent interruptions
  • Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and ability to analyze large data sets
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment contingent upon ability to provide documentation verifying identity and authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred: SQL knowledge
  • Preferred: Experience with Certified payroll (Davis-Bacon and/or State Prevailing payroll)
  • Preferred: Experience auditing payrolls for compliance
  • Preferred: Familiarity with HR and payroll regulations
  • Preferred: Knowledge of group health plans, ACA regulations, and enrollment processes
