About the role
- Creation, implementation, and optimization of campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Monitoring of performance KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Support in the analysis and tracking of conversion metrics.
- Assistance in preparing performance reports and insights for the team.
- Keeping up with trends and best practices in paid media.
- Assisting in the creation of briefs for the Design team.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing in the same or higher position.
- English language level B2, knowledge of Spanish will be a plus. Your communication in a marketing team will be mostly with international teammates.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (campaign structure, targeting, audiences, pixel, and events).
- Basic experience with lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of UTMs and performance tracking.
- Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reports and simple analyses.
- Basic knowledge of copywriting and performance creatives.
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing (ads, creatives, and audiences).
