About the role
- Design static and animated ad creatives to drive sales and leads in multiple formats for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Display, YouTube)
- Adapt creatives for different placements and audiences
- Collaborate daily with performance marketers to improve metrics and connect creative ideas with performance goals
- Use and implement AI tools (image generation, copy assistance, upscaling, background removal, etc.) to optimize and speed up workflows
- Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform creative strategies
- Analyze creative results and extract insights to guide future iterations
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in digital / performance marketing design
- Hands-on experience creating ad creatives for paid channels
- Strong understanding of performance-driven design (hook, offer, CTA, clarity)
- Confident user of Figma and/or Photoshop
- Comfortable working with AI tools and integrating them into daily design workflows
- Strong communication skills — open to feedback, asynchronous collaboration, and teamwork
- English: Intermediate (B1–B2+) — sufficient for briefs, comments, and team communication
