About the role
- Record, classify and reconcile financial transactions in the system, including revenues and cancellations;
- Assist in managing accounts receivable, ensuring organization and adherence to deadlines;
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, identifying and reporting any discrepancies;
- Support the preparation of financial reports and control spreadsheets;
- Collaborate in the monthly close, organizing financial documents and records;
- Control and file accounting and financial documents securely and in an organized manner;
- Provide support in communications with accounting, banks and vendors;
- Assist with audit processes by supplying information and documents as requested.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Previous experience in financial routines/operations;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
