About the role
- Own the product backlog: define, prioritize, and continuously refine the backlog
- Translate vision into action: break down high-level roadmap objectives into actionable user stories
- Collaborate with development: partner with engineering teams, QA, and UX to drive sprint delivery
- Drive Agile execution: lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review ceremonies
- Engage customers and stakeholders: act as a trusted point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Ensure product quality: validate that features meet functional expectations before release
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of remote support technologies, endpoint management, and IT service operations
- Familiarity with network protocols, port scanning, and both agent-based and agentless discovery
- Knowledge of discovery probes, SNMP/WMI/SSH, firewall management, and credential management
- Fluent in French and English — written and spoken
