About the role

  • Own the product vision end-to-end—strategy, execution, and everything in between
  • Lead a team of designers, product managers, and analysts to ship game-changing features
  • Partner with leadership to drive Easyship’s growth and position as industry leader
  • Obsess over users to deliver solutions for e-commerce customers of all sizes
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Report to Co-Founder and set roadmaps and OKRs

Requirements

  • 8+ years in either eCommerce or SaaS, of which 4+ years in product development
  • Has worked as Director of Product or Head of Product in >$50M ARR companies
  • Built and scaled SaaS products that users rave about
  • Experience working in high-growth startups
  • Selfless leader who sets the bar high and leads by example
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and work in detail while maintaining strategic vision
  • Bonus: interest in logistics, APIs, or latest tech innovation
  • Must work EU Hours (13:30 PM IST- 22:30 PM IST)
  • Location: Bangalore, Onsite 5 days per week
