About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively prospect new property owners and investors interested in short-term rental management;
  • Build relationships with real estate ecosystem partners and strengthen referral channels;
  • Conduct sales meetings to present EasyRent (in-person or online), explaining the operating model, differentiators, and expected returns;
  • Assess property profiles and advise clients on feasibility, positioning, and return potential;
  • Lead negotiations through contract signing and handover to the onboarding team;
  • Keep the sales pipeline updated, organizing contacts, proposals, and follow-ups;
  • Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to align expectations and ensure smooth property onboarding;
  • Recommend improvements to the sales process, presentation materials, and sales approach.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with consultative selling, prospecting, or commercial relationship management;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and negotiations;
  • Organized, disciplined profile for tracking leads and sales processes;
  • Analytical ability to evaluate profitability scenarios and fit with EasyRent's model;
  • Autonomy and proactivity to work in a fast-growing environment;
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or short-term rental markets is a plus;
  • Experience working with investor clients is a plus.
