About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Identify and target enterprise-level accounts within a specific industry or market segment.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target accounts to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to key stakeholders, highlighting their value and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales support, product development) to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- 5-8+ years of experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose strategic solutions.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior-level executives.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales software tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry or market segment relevant to the company's products or services is highly desirable.
