Key responsibilities & impact

Handle all inbound and outbound calls with Merchants providing excellent customer service
Assist Merchants in using our financing program for their customers
Responsible for all new merchant set-ups and trainings
Process consumer applications and review conditions for funding

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Detail oriented and conscientious
Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
Must possess a disciplined work ethic, positive attitude and be highly motivated to succeed
