Onboarding Nurse Associate, RN

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct nurse-led telehealth assessments and My Health Record (MHR) reviews to identify clinical risks and support safe patient care pathways.
- Manage a high-volume clinical workload, balancing patient communication, case reviews, and administrative priorities while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Apply clinical reasoning to review clinical documentation and determine appropriate next steps within scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage patient cases across multiple systems while ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including practitioners, pharmacy, and operational teams, to facilitate safe and efficient patient care.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying workflow enhancements and supporting the development of scalable clinical processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current AHPRA registration with 1 - 2 years post-graduate clinical experience.
- Experience in patient-facing or support roles.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- High level of tech literacy and self-sufficiency.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism in patient interactions.
