Key responsibilities & impact- __About Easygenerator__We’re a fast-growing EdTech scale-up on a mission to revolutionize learning through our award-winning authoring tool. Used by global giants like Kellogg’s, T-Mobile, and Siemens, Easygenerator helps organizations simplify knowledge sharing, fast, easy, and impactful.
- **We’re an AI-first company, using cutting-edge tools both in our products and internal workflows. You’ll gain hands-on AI experience and develop a future-proof skillset while contributing to a fast-moving, high-impact product.
- __What You’ll Do__
- - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers to successful candidates.
- - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruiting strategies.
- - Build and maintain talent pipelines and foster strong relationships with top talent by leveraging different channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and other sourcing platforms.
- - Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews and drive a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- - Leverage AI tools and data-driven recruitment solutions to identify, attract, and assess top candidates.
- - Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality applicants and promote Easygenerator.
- __What You Bring__
- - Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- - 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- - Strong communication and organizational skills.
- - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, international environment.
- - High energy, positive attitude, and strong initiative.
