About the role

  • Define and execute Easygenerator’s partnerships strategy aligned with our company revenue and growth goals.
  • Integrate our newest product, EasyCoach into the partnerships strategy by identifying new ideal partners.
  • Support our partners success managers with strengthening our key strategic partnerships.
  • Track partner pipeline, revenue contribution, and overall ROI.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Partnerships team, fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and expectations for the team, ensuring strong execution and collaboration.
  • Support career development and performance growth within the team.
  • Work closely with the leaders of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment with the wider organization.
  • Enable partners with the right messaging, training, and resources to effectively sell and implement Easygenerator's products.
  • Act as the internal voice of partnerships, sharing insights and opportunities across the organization.
  • Own partner processes, tooling, and reporting.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on different partnership models.
  • Ensure a high-quality partner experience from onboarding through long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles, preferably within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
