About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You advise our exhibitors before and during the trade show and support them with booth planning
  • You maintain close contact with exhibitors by phone and email
  • You proactively develop suggestions to optimize exhibitors' presence
  • You assist exhibitors with add-on orders in our online shop (furniture, graphics, carpets, etc.)
  • For our trade shows you are regularly on site from setup to teardown, ensuring smooth operations
  • Using our internal software tools, you manage and update relevant data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideally you already have initial experience in customer service, for example in the hospitality industry
  • You are comfortable with direct customer contact, whether in person, by phone, by email or in online meetings
  • You have an affinity for customer service and support, always putting customer concerns first
  • You keep a cool head and work in a solution-oriented way even with challenging requests and stressful situations
  • You are proficient in MS Office and open to learning our internal digital tools
  • You speak fluent German and have a good command of English or French; additional languages are a plus
  • Travel to our trade shows in the DACHIT region is not a problem for you
