About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively contact prospective customers through cold calling.
  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities across our events portfolio.
  • Build relationships with existing and potential exhibitors.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep records up to date and manage sales activity effectively.
  • Attend industry events where required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2+ years' experience in a sales, recruitment, customer-facing, or business development role.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated by targets, incentives, and achieving results.
  • Resilient, driven, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience within exhibitions, events, conferences, or media sales (Desirable).
  • Experience working towards targets or KPIs (Desirable).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce (Desirable).
