About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and management of the exhibitor stand orders and assisting exhibitors with their pre-show orders to achieve revenue targets
- Liaising with exhibitors to ensure all receive the highest level of customer service pre-show, onsite and post-show
- Management and production of exhibitor manuals
- Regular floorplan and exhibitor list audits
- Running the organiser office onsite
- Administrative support & form collation
- Supporting the operations team pre show and onsite during the show seasons
- Point of contact for exhibitor & their stand queries
- Administrative tasks to include booking of accommodation and travel for show team
- Developing a professional working relationship with internal teams and external contractors and liaising with them across all services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous work experience in the exhibition or events sector
- High standards of communication via email and over the phone
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure
- Competence in Microsoft Office products including proficiency in Excel
- Floorplan management and audits
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Awareness of Health and Safety onsite
- IOSH certification is desirable but not essential
