About the role

  • You are responsible for the successful onboarding phase of new customers.
  • You maximize Customer Lifetime Value through proactive cross- and upselling.
  • You contribute significantly to company growth by expanding the customer base and strengthening customer retention.
  • Execute efficient and effective onboarding processes for new customers.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and webinars.
  • Analyze customer needs and proactively identify cross- and upselling opportunities.
  • Persuasively present and sell add-on services and upgrades.
  • Build and maintain close customer relationships.
  • You are the primary point of contact for our customers and ensure first-class communication.

Requirements

  • You have a proven track record in Customer Success, Sales or Customer Care, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • You are an excellent communicator and have a knack for customer interaction.
  • You are a team player and actively contribute to our dynamic team.
  • You are proactive, results-oriented and have an eye for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • You are communicative, empathetic and quickly build trustful relationships with customers.
  • You have the ability to integrate into a dynamic, fast-growing team.
