About the role

Ensure the availability, reliability and efficiency of the entire system architecture, consisting of approximately 50 servers hosted at Hetzner
Maintain and automate the existing infrastructure, which includes technologies such as Ubuntu, PHP, Ruby, MySQL Percona Cluster, MinIO, Elasticsearch, Redis, NGINX, HAProxy, Docker and Kubernetes
Optimize monitoring processes, perform log analysis and troubleshoot to continuously improve system performance

Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. Rust, Java or Go)
Strong understanding of system automation and IT security
Hands-on experience with some of the following systems: MySQL, Kubernetes, MinIO and Elasticsearch
Confident communication in German and good command of English
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Team-oriented working style and excellent communication skills
Experience contributing to open-source technologies is a plus
